In the event that your application is not approved by the Ministry of Education, Experience Language School will provide a full refund, minus a 2,000 baht administrative fee.
While our visa assistance service is offered at no additional cost, a 2,000 baht administrative fee will be deducted from any refund to cover processing expenses.
Visa Application (No Refund)
Once your application is approved by the Ministry of Education, you are granted permission to study in Thailand.
The next step is to obtain permission to stay in Thailand by submitting your approval letter to a Thai Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration office to apply for the Education Visa (ED Visa).
Please note that refunds are not available if your visa application is rejected by the Thai Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration.
Reasons may include:
Choice of Embassy or Consulate
It is your responsibility to research and select the embassy or consulate where you apply. Requirements and approval standards may vary, with some locations being stricter than others. This decision is made solely by the applicant.
Personal Record
Applications may be rejected due to factors such as a criminal record or previous immigration issues, including overstaying, frequent visa runs, multiple tourist visa applications, or unauthorized work in Thailand. These matters are beyond the school’s responsibility.
Political Factors
In certain cases, political conditions between Thailand and your home country may affect visa approval. We strongly recommend checking with the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you intend to apply before proceeding with your enrollment.
