Clear and transparent cancellation guidelines

At Experience Language School, we are committed to delivering a structured and high-quality learning journey for every student. To maintain consistency and fairness across all programs, the following policy applies:

Once a course has commenced, cancellations are not permitted, and all fees are non-refundable. We encourage students to carefully plan their schedule prior to enrollment.

Course postponements may be requested by submitting written notice at least one week before the scheduled start date. Approved requests may be deferred for up to two months from the original commencement date and are subject to course availability.

In the unlikely event that Experience Language School needs to cancel a course or private lesson before it begins, students will be informed in advance. Any fees paid will be refunded on a pro-rated basis or may be transferred to a future intake, based on the student’s preference.
